Participation can be made either in person or via remote participation. Regardless of which method please register ahead of time here signup.
The meeting will be held at the Cisco Systems Toronto Office located at Brookfield Place - 181 Bay Street, floor 35, Toronto, ON. Please let reception know you are here for the TorIX Meeting and that the Cisco Employee you are visiting is Vince Mammoliti.
If you wish to remotely participate we will be hosting a WebEx teleconference. The bridge details are found under call-in info on the left hand side.
We welcome anyone in the community to join and discuss in the meeting. However on some topics when time is constrained preference will be given to members of the organization.
On any matter posed to the membership where a vote is held only a Designated Member Representative may vote or an individual holding a proxy form which has been accepted by the Corporate Secretary.
You are encouraged to register for the meeting in advance. Should you need to update your registration email admin@torix.net to have it updated. By registering for the meeting we can let you know of any changes in the meeting material. Signup here
The TorIX bylaws currently allow a member to designate an individual to represent them at the meeting. A copy of the Proxy Form can be downloaded from here. Any proxy is subject to acceptance by the Corporate Secretary (Kris Foster). It is recommended that you send your proxy IN ADVANCE to the Corporate Secretary. Please ensure you read the instructions on this form carefully.
The following materials are provided for those participating in the meeting. We will not be providing printed copies at the meeting this time so if you wish a paper copy please print one in advance.
