Is for discussions about TorIX; the future of it, organization, notice of meetings, new members joining, and interaction amongst members. It is highly recommended that all members subscribe at least one contact to this list. If non-members (i.e. people not representing an ASN at TorIX), want to join they should speak to a current torix-member. TorIX-ops
Is for MEMBERS ONLY, you must be "jacked" into TorIX. This list is for operational contacts (aka NOCs) for; outages, route updates, ASN updates, and maintenance notifications. Both are closed list and required approval.
